been reading old posts about not landing directly on your toes. I believe i do this.
3 questions-
- Why would i be doing this?
- What is the effect of doing this (does it decrease power)?
- How can i ensure i land on the balls of my feet?

1)it sounds to me like your not dorsiflexing 2)yes it decreases your power because it eliminates the extension of your foot 3)dorsiflex
