Timeing testosterone

In many “sports” mags I read it recomends taking supplements that increase natural testosterone levels before training to increase performance capabilitys and recovery so would taking ZMA before training help.
Also what increasing natural testosterone prior to training actualy do?
And what about that tribulus stuff?

ZMA is to be taken at night before bed. The magnesuim helps you sleep and after workout and during the night you test levels may drop and the zinc helps keep it where it should be. Also b6 is a muscle relaxed. Before training is a no no.

In addition I think ZMA doesn’t just contribute a quick boost of testosterone but with its accumulation helps promote the production of it.
