To everyone who uses an alarm in the morning, try to get used to not using an alarm, you may be amazed at the difference when you wake up, I was when I managed to do without alarms.
If I used alarms to get up it takes me about 10 mins to open my eyes properly, if I am not using alarms I am wide awake straight away, as I am waking up when my body is ready, at the appropriate stage in the sleep cycle.
Goose, I think concentration levels are supposed to be best at 7am in the morning according to the research in the Psych. books. It may vary between people though depending… I’ll look up the ref otherwise it’ll bug me.
