i went to the physio the other day… apparently i have very tight back muscles, hips and hamstrings and have an exagerated lumbar curve, she said i might be looses power because of my tight muscles, what are your thoughts?

its only natural you will. With the big hip muslces having a tug of war, your lower back will suffer - and other smaller places too
Besides stretching, whats a good way to loosen them up?
Sit in a full squat position, like toddlers do, for a couple minutes. They’ll loosen right up.
