I sprained my thumb today playiung ball and saw a doctor who confirmed it. Just wondering if anyone had some information about it or a good website that does. Or anything about the recovery time etc. Also, how soon after an acute injury would you stop icing and start using contrast treatment? Thanks.
its a sprain thumb no big deal.
you’ll need to modify your habits for a few weeks, so try not to suck on it so much… 
it is kind of a big deal if you play college basketball and the season is staryting right now and you have a splint on your hand…
