Thoughts on this guy's technique?

Mikel Thomas. 5’5" 174lb. hurdler. Looks a bit “unorthodox”, if I may say so myself. It does remind me of the mechanics outlined by Mann’s book. I particularly noticed the lessened degree of knee flexion. I did also notice he appears to have particularly good hip height, as seen when he lands, where his foot contact is almost directly underneath the hips. What are your thoughts?

Unusual build for an elite hurdler, correct regarding limited knee flexion during recovery, point of GCT is slightly forward of bottom dead center which is customary for elite sprinters.
