I’m just curious as to what people think of the abslide. I’ve had it lying around the house for quite some time, and when I tried it a couple days back, my abs were incredibly sore. I’m not sure if it’s a great piece of equipment for defining the abdominals, or just a gimmick. Also, do you think it is worthy enough to be ncorporated into a speed/vertical leap program? Thanks.

if you have it then use it.the reason why you were sore was because of the new range of motion.do any new exercise in the gym and youll will target different areas resulting in soreness.
