I’m very interested in the views of members on this supplement. I was told abt it this year while competing in Europe. I’ve tried on numerous occasions to contact this company with no success. I don’t really wish to sent some unknown party my credit card details! Left messages…no reply…Sent emails…NO reply. Has anyone else had the same problem?? Has anyone here used C10? What benifits did they get? Muscular gains? Strength gains? Any improvements in comp? Charlie/Herb have you got any info on this supplement? Is it worth the money or will i get the same gains from a normal creatine? Would something like CellTech by Muscle Tech (which contains vit c) be just as effective?? here’s a link to the Cell tech label:

I would be careful with Muscletech products. I know they used to be big into prohormones. There prducts are overpriced also due to their extensive advertising. Look around, there are others out there that are much better for the price.
Obviously as a supplement engineer I want to produce a creatine product that is number one. C-10 is a product we think is top notch. The process they use and quality base source is fantastic. They don’t cut corners and I can’t say enough good things. Creatine is not just a muscle enhancer, but it acts as a brain nutrient if you do a pubmed serch. Creatine should not be seen as an evil product. They use it medically for babies, environment stress victims, and people with heart issues. It was discovered by a french physiologist in the lat 1700s while disecting fox muscle. Creatine will cause problems if you are not doing the basics with electrolytes and hydration and can help for travel as Charlie mentioned.
Clemson, thanks for your feed back. As mentioned before I’m very interested in buying the C10 creatine product. From what I’ve read you’ve recommended it highly…I just wish I could get in contact with these guys!! Clemson would you then say that supplementing with c10 is better than Celltech? I’m in desperate need for a good creatine…I’ve personally found CellTech (apart from the price) to be awesome. Any recommendations?
I agree as well. Creatine tablets “blended” with vitamin C? Sounds like something a soccer mom would use - not a world class athlete. No offense guys, as creatine and vit. C are both excellent supplements, but there’s no basis for the claim that “Creatabolin C10 contains creatine blended with vitamin C in a unique patented formulation that delivers creatine directly to the muscles.”
I would love to see studies measuring total creatine and phosphocreatine via biopsy after using this product. I doubt you’d see a difference against regular CM, and you’d see less with this product against a carbohydrate/creatine combination.
Basically, you’re just getting hosed for the convenience of having creatine in a tablet form that is prohormone free. Which makes no sense, when you consider that Degussa is manufacturing creatine that is most likely higher quality than this. Some Creapure products are being manufactured now at pharmaceutical CGMPs.
I’m just saying there are far more effective creatine formulas. And at a better cost per serving.

Yes the raw material should not, but do you know packaged the material? If it was packaged in a plant that also packages restricted items you may potentially have an issue. It is much larger than the raw material, although that is obviously the first critical step.
Some packaging facilities are inside buildings that used to produce chemicals, paint, etc. and the contaminated dust is exceptionaly worrisome. I have seen reports of children’s vitamins from major brands which contain toxic amounts of lead and iron. In chewable children’s vitamins in fact! Was it from the raw material production? The encapsulator? Who know’s but I surely do not care who’s implicated in the problem. I only care that it is a very problematic issue.
so is c10 the preferred or optimal creatine prodcut than other basic monohyrdrate powders out there?
It tested clean and was creatine…everyone claims their creatine is great yet nobody can produce lab results! Vitamin C will not super charge it but has a role in enzyme reactions and protein synthesis. Look what they are doing with AIDs patients. Remember marketing is done by marketers so the claims may be off scientifically…just a good product since it contains creatine! Not other hitchers.
I have used C10 many times and I feel that it is the best creatine. My strength has been much greater with it and I didn’t have any bloating.
