Indoors I ran a 23.11
Outdoors this was a huge meet ( Mt.SAC) I ran a 22.70 ( High school seed)
My last one was a 22.8
Is this a good for the start of outdoor season ?
It’s just feels like a bummer when you feel that you can run faster , but not as fast as you want.
I have a strong start, then I just decelerate at the last 50m and I over stride like a mania at the end !
It is really hard to ran under 22 seconds !!! I can’t comprehend a 20seconds nevermind 19 !!!
