yea my coach has not given me the program yet. i will get it on here soon though when i get it. but is that a good general weights guideline for the coming 4 weeks?

We need way more information. What lifts, sets, etc.? Write out the whole program. And many of the weights issues that could be in need of adjustment depend on the running.
