Ok, at my work we have all of these articles coming in all the time from a ton of fitness websites etc. I got one yesterday from Ironman I think and it had something in there on the Colorado Experiment. It was so funny I thought I’d share it with you guys.
I have a client who has CP and her aid’s husband was great friends with Casey back in Louisiana so I’ll see her in a few hours and show her this and see if she knows anything about this breakthrough workout program!
