Ideas that are not only contrary to the opinions of learned and experienced professionals, but to practical observation as well. You’ve stated that single leg lifts are better for developing both max strength and hypertrophy. Forget theoretical assumptions based on your limited understanding for just a moment, and use common sense. If your theories had any validity at all, professional and Olympic caliber athletes would already be training the way you suggest…but the vast, vast majority do not. Not be so full of yourself that you think you can read a few articles and now have a better understanding than people much smarter, much more experienced, and much better educated than yourself. Its fine to post opinions and ask questions, but to assume that you’re right when the world tells you you’re wrong is very Quixotic.
