I’ll get a video of split squats and hip flexion squats a bit later. I’m at school right now, but I’ll be heading home soon. After that, it’ll only take me a few minutes to film them.
Before I even get the videos up though, I’d just like to say that as long as the psoas are loaded when relatively lengthened (the thigh is in line with the body or close to it), you’ll be developing strength over the right part of the ROM and increasing or maintaining flexibility.
