I took you guys advice from last week and applied it to my weekly training program,
Man~o~ man it paid off, Today in Reno, NV I ran the 55 m again…

Made the finals, in the heats I posted 6.65, and 6.67 in the finals w/ a horrible start.
.06 faster than last week.

ROM is still an issue… I’ll work on that more after training.

I’m on a 10.7 pace by May… Not bad for an OLD man !!
