Hehe, how valid is this test? Seeing that green light made me jump up:p

I scratched the first time, I was waiting for the “yellow” light to go on first  . My second average was 0.19199999999

otherwise, avg was 0.204 with the 1 bad removed.

i should put the key pad above me head and wacked it when i jumped…

1st try –

Best was 0.201
Worst was 0.29
Avg 0.2406

I suspect I’d be a little better w/ a mouse rather than the laptop keyboard. I’m still slow though :o

best one was 0.2122, worst 0.3066, avg 0.2744

suck completely

Avg .19 something
Best .171

i got a 0.171 on another attempt…

i wonder if anyone can get 0.160 on here…

I am not sure if the test is 100 percent accurate, but it is consistent, so I think the test is valid for making comparisons between different people.

According to Kelly “Anything less than .2 (without getting lucky and guessing), is excellent. Anything closer to .3 is slower than molasses”

The article also says that with training, you can improve your reaction time by 10 to 20 percent.

I’m not sure if it is against the forum rules to post a link to the article.

I got a stray .07x every once in a while. Averaged a .160 though. Then I went to shit and got a couple of 2.5s! lol.

Fun times, fun times.

averaged .26, but thats throwing in the one where i was like “oh its green(and forgot to click for a bit)” and got .36 on that one. :o

damn, it doesn’t even look like i get to brag about being slowest.

using my wireless mouse I got consistent times of .203 to .21, when i used the keypad for the first time I got an average of .188

I now discovered that if you use your whole hand to click the reaction time is much faster than when you use only your finger (i got from 0.23 avg to 0.17 / 0.18).

you got to put slight pressure on the sensor. It seems to help you get a better time. All the guys times were under .20. His best was 0.09. But guy got 0 on the last one (he cheated though).

I averaged exactly .200, but I am 63 years old:)
