whats a good range in volume for tempo workouts for someone looking for general speed/conditioning work? thanks
2-3km per session, three times per week usually, depending on event and phase;
i don’t think you’ll get many posts on this, as i am pretty sure the subject has been covered in the forum; perhaps if you search the past forums, you’ll find a lot of info
