i’m using some kind of aerobic training, something that will help me to improve my cardiovascular system
i’m doing interval training rope jumping
at least 10 times 45" jump with 30" rest
then on the other day i do tempo runs
as many reps are possible in 10 minutes
running the 30mts (plus or less 15 reps), repeated 2 times.
i total 950-1000 mt… isn’t too little volume?
