Tempo for Form

One of the things that could probably do with some help is my sprint form, in particular in the max velocity phase. I think my strength levels are sufficient, although flexibility probably not.

Is it worth focusing on ‘over and down’ as in ‘high knee butt kick’ movements as I do a tempo run to improve my general sprint form? Or are there any other ways I can use tempo to contribute despite it being 60-75% pace?

I’ve had great results using tempo for form, just remember best technique work is done at sub maximal speeds.
