oh man, everything was fine till around evening i felt alittle pain in my tailbone, whenever i would squat down to sit, i would feel it, and if i was to pick something up i would feel it as well, especially if i extended my left leg to pick something up.
Now today its even worse, i can jump and run but would feel alittle pain. Also if I lift my knees in stationary position standingi feel pain when i lift the right leg past the hips, like a high knee.
If i flex my glutes then relax i feel the most pronounced pain right upon relaxing it for a second.
I’d suggest to go and see your doctor. Depending on the exact location, this could, for example, be a fractured coccyx (have you had a fall recently?) or some problem with your sacro-iliac joint.
Agreed with robin1…it could be as simple as a “bone bruise” of the coccyx, however you may have a fracture, sacro-iliac joint(s) issue…
Though you should consult a physician (diagnostic imaging, possible referral to a physical therapist, and so on), it may help the physician and the members of the forum if you could elaborate on what you were doing (if anything) to cause the pain, ie a fall (like robin1 said), a particular activity, et cetera.
nothign i didnt fall on anything, what i think i did was massage my glutes with a tennis ball and i was massaging on the sacroiliac joint tailbone area, very stupid thing to do now i pay the price.
