When you or your athlete experience an injury (ie. hamstring tear) does the supplementation protocol change? Do you increase some things and decrease others? It doesn’t have to be an injury as severe as a ham. tear, but nevertheless does micro/macronutrient intake change? If so please share you success stories.
When dealing with tears in muscles I would say to makesure you are on a good anti oxidant. Bromaline, Fish oil, and recovery protein are all good. I would stay away from creatine. I had succes with those and taking glucosamine and Glutamine help too.
