I hope to revive the thread, I’ve tried to contact Rob Ryder, to no avail, so hope to get some info/discussion going here.
Nobody asked what Rob actually did using Pavel’s principles. He increased an advanced full squat 45 kg’s in half a year, that’s big!
Does anyone know how he performed Pavel’s protocol? Did he lift each day, what sets and reps did he use? I’m familiar with Power to the people, as I have the book at home, but I also know there’s a lot of stuff that can be adjusted. Does anyone know, or maybe Rob Ryder himself?
