Sprinters, recorded a good double at an AGN open athletics meeting on Saturday afternoon by clocking times of 10.51 and 21.11 sec over 100 and 200 metres.
Hennie Kotze won the men’s high hurdles in 14.03 sec while Martin McClintock impressed in the long jump with a fine 7.93m. The women’s pole vault was won by Samantha Dodd of Bellville with a jump of 4.05m. She had the bar raised to 4.20m but was unable to clear this height.
