Same, cock the foot and step straight down. Everything else will take care of itself.

As follow up, I’ve found that if I just step straight down during the early acceleration it tends to lift the hips, which keeps my torso from popping up too soon. Whereas if you think about driving the knees up into the chest, which is a common cue, it can make you pop up because the exaggeration of knee lift causes your hips to drop.*

Also important to keep in mind, however, that the observable leg motion associated with the elite sprinters who demonstrate neutral pelvic position (Powell, Bromell, Dix…) exemplifies knee lift to the precipice of maximizing horizontal displacement between the knee and hip and utterly minimal backside leg travel subsequent to toe-off.
