When stepping-over correctly could the knees still be brought up to high?
This is what buggers me:
Lately ,between 30 and 40 meters, I have experienced a sensation of gradually bringing the knee forward. I know from videos that even when not feeling this I step-over at top-speed.
Have I begun overstriding?
Has the stretching finally paid off?
Could it be that my improved/more aggressive drive-phase leads to a longer transition to top-speed?
