early morning:
- 15min warm up on grass
- drills on grass
- 6 x strides on grass
evening:
- 20min biking to the park
- 40min easy run with short break every 10’
- 6 x strides
- 20min biking back
(man on bike approached me during strides and asked me if I’m ‘natural’. Okkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk… )
(he also hit on me, but when he said ‘I really like strong athletic girls like you’ , I played the foreigner - which I am, after all )
My sister’s belly is getting larger, and I’m missing it…
