At the university track (this track has the two inner lanes shoveled, and they did a bad job with the backstraight ).
Soooo cold. I was glad for my gloves.
I decided to do some conditioning, tempo-style.
- 4 laps to start with
- 10x180m @75%, and recovering was jogging the rest of the loop. No difficulty finishing the workout, I just felt stiff at the second half of each rep. And breathing was suffocating after each rep, but I recovered pretty quickly.
Did I mention it was too cold?
And another athlete there was being too rude staring. I think Italians are similar to Greeks in this! A stranger invaded their track. Oh my… - 5x50m @90%
My cool down was walking home.
I met some very nice guys at the computer room today, I found out they play ping pong, and theres a ping pong room in the building, so I immediately organized a tournament for tomorrow ![]()
