Starting Plyos

I’ve been doing mainly sprints and weights for a while but haven’t been doing plyos. I would like to start doing them on Fridays, as I will be unable to access my college’s weightroom. I would appreciate any advice regarding the volume and type of exercises which would be most beneficial. After Friday I take Saturday and Sunday off for recovery, so I don’t mind if the plyo workout is reasonably stressful. Also, is there a product in the CF store which focuses on plyos and would be helpful in my setting up a routine?
