starting over

CF i have took 3 years off from sprinting. I been jogging four 2 1/2 months for base work. I just started doing 600-300 work. i fill like i have lost my springs in my legs, and my force to the ground contact is weak. i was a high jumper before sprinting i could jump out th e sky, i need my springs. what can i do to help this? my PR is 10.36!

Probably all that jogging has inhibited your spring. Double leg jumps upstairs are good start.

So i should do bounding jumps up stairs or single stairs jumps on my toes?
