I’ve done my research on this stack and It says that it raises your Natural Test with no side effects besides acne. I am 16 years old and 5’9 im probally still growing. Do you think that this stack would act like a prohormone or steriod and stunt my growth?
At 16 you don’t need tribulus. You body produces tonns of testosterone already and taking trib won’t make it produce more (not until you are around 25). Besides, ZMA was never inteded to be mixed with anything else.
Yes stacking will increase your testosterone levels but at your age you should not be supplementing at all! Remeber that ZMA and tribulus will give your body a stimulus that its never had before so once you use it the effects the second time you use it will be less.
Save this for when you start platueing at a later age over 20 years old.
ZMA is fine for a 16 year old as are many supplements. I don’t recommend tribulus cause the teen is wasting their money. Trib boosts natural test levels indeed, but in young males it was found to be almost insignificant in boosting test levels, probably due to the fact that they are two legged raging hormones already.
I cant seem to find Rego Nocte any where in the states. Is there any product similar to this that i can buy in the states. I was looking at other night time shakes, I found Night Charger to be similar but it doesn’t work with ZMA.
I think sometimes you are rambling out comments as if they were fact without any evidence to back them up.
Based upon current research, I doubt stacking these two products will enhance the training benefits and outcomes in anyone to any substantial amount really. I do agree that this person may be looking for unrequired answers here, but making blanket statements like you have can simply be misleading.
For instance, have you any evidence that the body builds resistance to zma administration? Many effects of ZMA seem to be associated with a metabolic zinc deficit. Replenish supply and availability and then the “effects” are less, but not really, because you just returned your system to to place it should have been.
The effects of ZMA are bc they are mixed in a special way that garnishes the results that they do, personally I thought buying cheap zinc magnesium and a B vitamin complex (i.e. the ingrediants to ZMA roughly) would give me similar effects; HOWEVER, CF and HERB corrected me on this erronous error at the seminar in Vancouver! So there’s my BACKUP!
In all seriousness though I believe that ZMA stacked with Tribulus is a synergistic formula that leads to more overall testosterone production. Tribulus is a hormone, and ZMA has Zinc which increases testosterone (B6 and mangnesium I think help in the aid of zinc to testosterone production although I am not sure here so I could be rambling?). Notice as it is stated here that the effects are when athletes have reduced zinc levels. It is important to note these details. To my knowledge there has never been any evidence to back up a claim that any increase in test production will occur when consumed during normal zinc status, not to say that it does not have any other positive benefits. And also we must take not to clarify test levels and free test as this does make a differnce in the outcome, especially when it comes to trib supplementation.
