My problem is with my hips. I have squatted wide and narrow, deep and shallow yet the only way I can seem to develop power in my hips is with lunges. I feel great soreness in my hips with lunges but very little no matter how I have squatted. My adductors are VERY sore after squatting. One time I squatted very narrow and my hips were sore and my back hurt. Isn’t wide squating suppose to develop hip power? Can anyone tell me Ben Johnsons squat technique? I am looking for hip power.
