Sprinting Form

Would much appreciate ANY advice regarding my form.

Things I have noticed;

-tight through arms/shoulders

-poor dorsiflexion

I’m not sure if I’m valid to respond but since you didn’t post I figured I’d post a bit. What I can tell you is you need to lock your ankles when you run and get that bounce from the ball of your foot. Check ECU for rotary sprinting. The other thing is you seem to have alot of backkick which I don’t know how to remedy. Hpe that helps. Arm wise umm, just relax in your shoulders, I think I remember hearing tight shoulders will tighten the whole body.
