Beginning this season, I’m looking to achieve the goals I have set for myself. However, I’m looking to have fun and do what I love to do. I have had sometime off doing other things and I missed competing and running those god awful workouts that make you keil over and wonder why you put yourself through the pain, only to realize that meet day is why you do it.
I hope to receive a lot of input from all of you and advice along the way.

I am competing this Saturday as a time trial. It’s only 55m. I am not going in with high expectations. I have only been training for a short time. I am going to run Jan. 29th, Feb. 18th, and March 5th. I am also training through the week. I won’t have a pre-meet workout so to speak. The week will look a lot like last week.

It went pretty well. I wasn’t expecting to come out and do something I wasn’t capable of doing. Based on what I have done for the past 3 weeks for workouts, I can’t be disappointed. It was great just to get out and race. I think by racing in the upcoming weeks it will help me to work out some kinks and help to perform when outdoor comes.
