my hamstring is sore, what shoulda I do?

I was running 100s for an workout, two days ago. and it all of the sudden tighten up and it’s been sore. but it don’t hurt when i walk. or when I jog or sprint at a decent speed. but i just wanna check up on it. i ice it when it happen, as well heated that not. and took some ibprofen. so what you think i shoulda do.
so how do i get it stronger?
It sounds like any fast running should be avoided for a period of time (even though you are in your GPP). Ice after workouts, heat before workouts. A massage around the area of injury would be beneficial also. I suggest moving from contracting the muscle for a count of five to some resistance stretching (PNF) to some hamstring curls to some deadlifts/ham glute. Hope this helps!
