Spp2

When doing a program for the spp2 and you are taking the distances out from 60m to 120m. how do you do this. I am thinking one of two ways.
1 GO OUT BY 10M EACH WEEK ie
wk1 3x70m,then wk2 3x80m until you get to 120m. or
split runs ie wk1 2x3x70m,wk2 2x3x80m until you get out to 12om then go back and do single reps. ie 1x80m, 1x100m,1x120m
any help would be greatly appreciated as all the other advice has been.
