Helo, I would like to ask you how to incorporate the hurdle work into the Charlie SPP (Vencouver) plan.
For example: there is 4x(4x60m), Can I do like same, but with 5 hurdles like 4x(4x60mH) ? What do you think? Anyone has tried that this way? Thanx for reply. Pavel
No you can’t! The short speed endurance that CF prescribed is at sub max effort. When you do runs over hurdles they have to be at max effort…You better have EMS present if you attempt to do this workout with hurdles!
