Does front & side splits have bad negative in sprinting? If so why?
Hyper flexibility has some effects in reducing power output by increased laxity in joints. Being able to do side & front splits does not necessarily mean you are hyper flexible.
Thank you for the replay. So in other words it won’t hinder performance if done right?
I’m sure world class hurdlers can do them or can come pretty close and they ain’t too slow.
