Split training for 200m

What would the total distance be for split runs for the 200m athlete?

Obviously 100 + 100 could be used but could 300m total distance be of use ie. 100 + 100 + 100 leading to 150 + 150 or would this be more for the 400m athlete?

Maybe 250m should be the total distance for the 200m athlete?

Indoors I feel that 150+80 off 1’-90" works well.
