how much weights you lift? how long you been doing track for?

2nd year doing track, last year I wasnt serious about it.

As far as weights Im starting all over again from a 6 months hiatus because of injury/laziness…

I dont know my RM’s but I do.

bench- 155 x’s 10 3 sets
squat- 205 x’s 10 3 sets

alot of ab work
I aim for great form instead of weight, but I can do more.

I’m 6 foot 160-165

Ran today, the first time in 3 weeks, even though my hip is still tight ass hell I got a PB. Lots of rest, miss a couple days of practice, didnt lift weights. Tachnique needs alot of work. Lost speed at the end, need to work on speed endurance badly.
