ALSO TRY TO STEP OVER WITH YOUR ANKLE OVER THE KNEE OF YOUR OPPOSITE LEG, FEEL IF YOU ARE SPRINTING OVER LONG GRASS

Your positions don’t look to bad…but your arm speed needs improve and your hip height. Of course if your arm speed improves so will your hip height. So the problem is how? I have a sense that your focus is on running with your legs…
So give this a try-forget about your legs and just focus on your arm swing light and fast and see how it feels.

Thanks for the tips. Yesterday’s speed work felt much better, I focused on arms and hip height and damn it felt much better.

My MAIN focus was arms, aggressive arm swing while maintaining relaxation.
