I know this is beating a dead horse… I was looking at the Canadian records and noticed Angela Bailey’s 100m record of 10.9 in '87. For some reason (I know this sounds creepy :)) I pulled out my hard cover copy of speed trap just to read up on what was going on with Charlie’s sprint group at that particular time. Of course I could not stop reading. Every time I read it I get sucked in and cant put it down. It’s that good.
If you dont have a copy get one. You wont be disappointed!
