Speed progression

If the goal is to be faster in short distances, 10-100m for sports in general, what could the progression be like?

If anyone would care to give me an example of how to best implement speed traning to an upper/lower body split (training 4 times per week), and the progression as mentioned, Id really appreciate that. :slight_smile:
