I personally find getting back to DB Hammer’s articles from time to time easier on my brain,which afterwords needs tempo days too.The problem with DB Hammer’s writings so far is You need to decifer them first,and they take ages to any realistic possible chance to implement in a real world coaching environment,not to mention exponentially longer times to pass the dreaded on field testing process…
Anyway what I was referring to as “well worth” reading in the article,and possibly related to the precious “height and breadth” topic was the thereby mentioned “fatigue toleration cycle” as opposed to a “frequency toleration” one.
