Specific Needs

Hey Hey what ya trying say

I still have ok ups. I guess all those days jumping over cars as a kid stayed with meā€¦ I can still get up to a 48in box w/no problems. I guess I can do a few sets this week and see how it goes. I will stick to the up plyos so not to aggrevate my feetā€¦

When do you think they should be done?

Tell em your age- you ainā€™t in the over 60s division!

WISE GUY EH!

Lets just say Im sub-masters in other words sub-par athlete

LOL

If youā€™re sub-masters, youā€™re still pretty young, so you have some flexibility wit the use of plyos, but still Iā€™d reduce the reliance onthis means and lean more towards weights, which are bound to be safer

Thanks for the freebie!

I have to be honest, Since I started coaching I find that athletes of all ages react better to low doses of intense plyos (hop ups and hurdles). There are alot of coaches who do an entire 2hrs of plyos!!! can you believe that shyte? Then they wonder why their athletes leave to another team and run better timesā€¦ Its crazy out thereā€¦ CRAZY I TELL YA

I am REALLY happy to see this forum created!!

Iā€™ll post up my GPP for your comments soon. (Starting in early April)

Cheers,
Chris
