1.If you would put in one day of soccertraining, should that day count as high-intense work, or is it possible to do speed+weights the day before or after this day?

If your a soccer player and you’re training for it then fine. If you just do it for fun then I guess I’m not with you. I used to play a loot of soccer through my training sessions cause I loved it. But then it brings in a lot of unexpected injuries that you might want to avoid. Its full of twists and contact with others. If you really love it. Then have fun, but take care :slight_smile:
