so is this sound - program

So far i am looking like something like:

Running twice a week on the AM before workouts:

week1 first workout: 10x20 metres, then next workout 9x20-30 metres

week2: first workout 8x30, then next workout 7x30-40 metres

gradualy doing this to build up to SE then deload

AGAIN i most note i am only sprinting for my OWN PERSONAL gain, i am mostly into bodybuilding/powerlifting

i would like to hit it in under 12@100kg

if johana lomou who is like 120kg can do it then i maybe with training, as i got great leg genetics, powerful. Already squat like almost 3 times my weight.

what u guys think of this program?

How are you building up to SE and deloading? Surely you’ll be either deloading before that? Have you read the responses or CFTS?
