Hey I was just wondering If anyone here can offer me an ingenious way to wake up and stay up in the morning. I need to start getting myself up earlier to get my body ready for practice and also for school.
so far ive tried waking up to pump up music and putting my alarm clock on the far side of the room, both failed miserably, any other suggestions?
what time do you go to bed? Ever had ZMA? set a habit of getting yourself up at the same time. You should start to wake up at the same time each morning if you go to bed consistently and get a good night’s rest, without an alarm clock. Once you wake up, maybe try taking a shower; that sometimes helps me if I am feeling lowly in the mornings. Eat breakfast, that will get you going for the rest of the day.
yeah i take zma. my problem is just initially getting up, ive been good for like 5 or 6 days but then it eventually falls apart again. once im up im fine but just getting my lazy self out of bed is the problem, i was just looking to see if any body had a unique idea about how to do that.
I set my alarm clock for 6:00. Then I set my cell phone for 6:03, but I put it out of reach of my bed and so between the two I always get up on time. Of course, I also have the triple backup plan of my dad coming in to drag me out of bed if I sleep through those two, but that has only happened once since August.
