skeleton/bobsleigh

Hey guys I know there has been a few skel/bob posts before a couple of “new” questions here to see if anyone has any ideas?

On the skeleton start 1 handed, where would you position your hand on the sled near the back, middle of the sled or closer to the front
I have been using a hand position closer to the middle, any thoughts?

As well when initialy moving off of the block do you want the sled out in front liek you are pushing or closer to you, this deals more with arm angle?
This also carrys over to the actual push what type of arm angle would you guys think would be ideal keep the sled close to you and run beside it or keep it more out in front so you can maybe try to hold that accellaration section of the push?
