Currently in SPPI phase. Just getting back into training. I will be walking the sessions down to test a 60. May have to hand timed unless I can find and get my old freelap and get it to work.
SE - started at:

Speed (originally I was doing a 3 day rollover concept with Accel, MaxV, SE) now just doing a hybrid Accel/MaxV day and a SE day with as much rest/recovery as I need between sessions, usually 2 days but sometimes 3.

Now doing Accel, Flys (Finish Drills), 60s with int limit of 40. Same total volume 400-500m.

I would like to find a lowkey meet to run 50-60 in and could see trying a 100 if I can find a chill one. I don’t care what times I run, only that I have fun, run the best I can at middle age, and don’t get hurt.
Current plan is to move to GPP in the fall and run a couple indoor whenever I can find them available. I’m assuming after first of the year.
Then move to SPP2 for the summer, where I plan to do a 100.
