My doctors advice was very poor.

He said it was fine to continue training.

My coach obviously disagreed with this and I took one week off. I came back for one week and then felt sick again, very fatigued.

I’m still not 100%, just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to pull through this rut.

I am taking an extra 20gms of glutamine per day on top of my usual supplements.

This guy knows his stuff.

Whenever I have something I check on here, follow the directions and take what he has to say about how I got whatever I got (blueballs, vertigo, B.O.). Lol JK.
