I’m in serious need for some serious starting help. I can do weights, and runs whenever I want. I’m good for a 10.9 100 and a 22.9 200m. Please what do I need to do to improve this mess.

I dunno if its your start, guessing from those times… Man I wish I could run a 10.9 right now, I also think I have a bad start. After running this weekend I think for me anyways it is top speed and SE that needs the work. Right now i really cant say much without seeing the video
… and I am not getting a video either
